EasyForm.ca subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are not provided once a PDF has been generated and delivered.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@easyform.ca within 7 days of the charge.
Stripe processes all payments securely. Any approved refunds will be handled through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
